Longevity & Performance Membership

Longevity isn't one protocol. It's the right one for you.

Sleep, energy, body composition, and recovery — your provider builds your protocol around the specific goal you actually have, not a generic "anti-aging" stack.

Available to new members after intake and provider review. Most formulations in this lane are prescribed off-label — see the FAQ below.

Built around your goal, not a trend.

How It Works

From intake to your first protocol

01

Health intake

Tell your provider your actual goal — better sleep, more energy, body composition, or recovery.

02

Provider review

Your clinic's licensed prescriber matches a protocol to your goal and orders baseline labs where appropriate.

03

Your protocol, written

A patient-specific prescription goes to the pharmacy, dosed for your goal — not a maximum dose by default.

04

Monitoring

Follow-up labs and check-ins track your response and guide any adjustment.

Questions

What members ask before starting

Are these peptides FDA-approved?

Most of them are prescribed off-label. One exception: tesamorelin's brand-name version (Egrifta) is FDA-approved specifically for HIV-associated lipodystrophy — using it for general body-composition or longevity goals is an off-label use, based on your provider's clinical judgment. Your provider will be direct with you about which category any prescribed peptide falls into.

Is this the same as testosterone therapy?

No — this lane covers growth-hormone-axis peptides, NAD+, sleep, and sexual-health formulations, which work differently than testosterone replacement. If hormone therapy is a better fit for your goals, your provider may direct you to that membership lane instead.

What monitoring is involved?

For GH-axis peptides, your provider typically checks a baseline IGF-1 level and follows up around 8–12 weeks to guide dosing. Your specific monitoring plan depends on which protocol you're on.

How is my protocol chosen?

Your provider starts with your actual goal — sleep, energy, body composition, sexual health, or fat metabolism — and selects from the menu above based on your history and labs, not a default stack.

Can I combine more than one peptide?

Some combinations (like CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin) are established combination protocols; others are decided case-by-case by your provider based on your goals and monitoring.
