Management services organization

Verolyn is a non-clinical management services organization. Verolyn does not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense. It provides brand, program framework, member education, marketing materials, active-seat accounting, and launch support to a physician-owned clinical practice.

Clinical care

A physician-owned clinical practice makes every clinical decision, through independent licensed clinicians. No clinician–patient relationship is formed by this website or by a partner business.

Pharmacy

A licensed pharmacy fills only patient-specific prescriptions issued by the practice. Compounded preparations, where used, are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Availability

Availability depends on a participating practice, a pharmacy relationship, state law, and clinician judgment. Nothing on this site confirms availability in any state.

Pricing

Membership prices referenced on this site are planned pricing. Verolyn’s platform fee is a flat rate; rate-card figures are planning estimates, not quotes.

Marketing and creator partners

Disclosure is required on every mention of a partner program. Prohibited claims include promised outcomes, efficacy or dosing claims, FDA-comparison claims, and any national or state-count availability claim not confirmed by the practice and pharmacy.
