Fit and compliance review
Business type, state, entity structure, and whether a prescriber is already involved.
A physician-owned clinical practice makes every clinical decision, a licensed pharmacy fills patient-specific prescriptions, and Verolyn provides the non-clinical framework in between. You do not have to build a clinical stack.
$35 per active member per month. No pharmacy percentage. No inventory.
The partner launch path
Business type, state, entity structure, and whether a prescriber is already involved.
The track that fits, the care lanes you can support, and the materials that come with it.
Launch checklist, approved materials, seat reporting. Available to approved partners.
Partner tracks
A business can qualify for more than one track.
Track 1 · Program partner · No prescriber on staff
This track fits businesses without a licensed prescriber on staff. The practice makes every clinical decision; a licensed pharmacy fills what the practice prescribes.
Track 2 · Clinical partner · Has a prescriber
Practices with their own prescribers can operate under their own clinical entity or coordinate with the physician-owned practice, subject to counsel and state review.
Track 3 · Creator and community partner

A compliant program costs more than a gray-market vial. The difference buys accountability, not a discount.
The problem
Telehealth, practice-of-medicine, pharmacy, marketing, and state rules stack up before you can safely see a member.
Hiring clinicians, contracting a pharmacy, writing consent and intake, and building billing stalls most launches before they start.
The structure
A physician-owned practice or PC for medicine, Verolyn as the non-clinical MSO, a pharmacy for dispensing. A proposed structure; it does not represent that a specific entity is already established.
Owns the patient relationship, evaluation, clinical documentation, medical judgment, and any prescription.
Provides brand, membership framework, and non-clinical operating support. Verolyn does not diagnose, prescribe, or fulfill.
Prepares a medication only when it receives a valid, patient-specific prescription through the appropriate clinical channel.
Clinicians own evaluation, prescribing, documentation, and follow-up, and confirm which states the practice can serve before launch.
Owned by the practice’s own clinicians. Verolyn does not write or approve clinical protocols.
Patient-specific prescriptions only. Compounded preparations, where used, are not FDA-approved.
Confirmed state by state with the practice and pharmacy. Availability is never assumed.
Clinical data stays in the practice’s systems. Verolyn’s site collects no health information; agreements define the safeguards.
Your entity, licenses, scope, marketing claims, and state referral or fee-splitting compliance. Confirm it with your own counsel.
What’s included
Lane structure, member education pages, and membership tiers, under your brand.
Launch materials and member-facing copy. Nothing goes out without review.
Active-member counting, one monthly invoice, and partner support.
Replicating this yourself means clinicians, pharmacy contracting, intake design, billing, and compliance review — before your first member.
Platform economics
Verolyn’s platform fee is separate from any medication or pharmacy invoice. Pending and inactive members do not count toward the monthly active-seat quantity.
per active member per month, invoiced by Verolyn to the contracting clinical entity for the platform.
of pharmacy invoices. Verolyn’s fee is not tied to a fill or medication order.
separate invoices: a clinical entity’s pharmacy arrangement and Verolyn’s active-seat platform invoice.

It depends on your business type, state, entity structure, and how the practice and pharmacy are involved. We review fit before any agreement; bring your own counsel too.
No. The physician-owned practice’s clinicians handle evaluation and prescribing.
After fit review, agreements, and state confirmation. We set no fixed timeline before those steps are done.
$35 per active member per month, invoiced to the contracting clinical entity. Pharmacy invoices are separate. No percentage, anywhere.
No.
The practice owns clinical records. The pharmacy holds its own dispensing records.
A private resource for approved partners: launch checklist, approved materials, and seat reporting. Not a public tool.
A fixed per-seat fee instead of a pharmacy percentage. A physician-owned practice makes the clinical decisions—Verolyn does not.
