The public planning price is only one input. The contracting clinical entity must separately confirm clinician availability, state scope, the pharmacy arrangement, patient-specific prescription process, all costs, and counsel-approved marketing before it launches anything member-facing.
Availability and compliance status. No lane below is a promise of service. Weight-care availability depends on clinical judgment, patient location, applicable law, and pharmacy availability. Hormone telehealth involving testosterone or other controlled substances is outside the Verolyn launch scope. Recovery and longevity lanes are planned education frameworks; this page does not list, offer, or advertise any unapproved or off-label agent.

Separate invoices, separate responsibilities. The $35 fee is invoiced by Verolyn to the contracting clinical entity based on active seats. It is not a percentage of and is not paid from a pharmacy fill. Medication/pharmacy costs, if any, are subject to a separate arrangement and must be confirmed directly before a practice quotes or launches a program.
