Verolyn Offered at [Clinic Name]
Hormone Optimization Membership

Matched to your labs. Not the same dose as the person before you.

Testosterone, thyroid, and bioidentical hormone therapy — formulated and delivered the way that actually fits your body, prescribed by a provider who reads your labs before writing anything.

Available to new members after intake, history review, and — where clinically appropriate — baseline labs. Not everyone qualifies.

Hormones aren't one-size-fits-all. Your therapy shouldn't be either.

How It Works

From intake to your first fill

01

Health intake

History, symptoms, and goals — plus any recent labs you already have.

02

Provider review

Your clinic's licensed prescriber reviews your case and orders baseline labs if you don't already have current ones.

03

Your protocol, written

A patient-specific prescription — hormone, dose, and delivery method — goes to the pharmacy.

04

Ongoing monitoring

Follow-up labs and check-ins adjust your therapy over time — hormone therapy is managed, not set-and-forget.

Questions

What members ask before starting

Do I need labs before I can start?

In most cases, yes — your provider will review any recent labs you have or order baseline labs before prescribing, so your therapy is based on your actual levels, not a guess. This is part of what's included in your membership.

How is my delivery method chosen?

Your provider weighs your labs, goals, and lifestyle — some people prefer a daily cream, others a troche or capsule, others an injectable. There's no single right answer; it's a conversation with your provider.

Is this the same as what a big-box clinic offers?

Your formulation, dose, and delivery method are written specifically for you by your provider and prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy against that individual prescription — not a standard protocol applied the same way to every patient.

What if I'm already on hormone therapy elsewhere?

Bring your current regimen and recent labs to your intake — your provider will review your history before deciding whether and how to adjust your plan.

Is desiccated thyroid or T3-only therapy standard practice?

These are used by some prescribers based on individual clinical judgment and patient response; they're not the universal standard-of-care approach used by every endocrinologist. Your provider will discuss the reasoning and monitoring involved if this is part of your plan.
