Verolyn Offered at [Clinic Name]
Weight Loss Membership

Your care team titrates the dose. You just show up.

A physician-guided semaglutide or tirzepatide protocol, personalized to you and adjusted every step — not a script you fill once and figure out alone.

Available to new members after a brief health intake and provider review. Not everyone qualifies — see eligibility in the FAQ.

This isn't a shortcut. It's a supervised protocol.

How It Works

From intake to your first dose

01

Health intake

A short medical history and goals questionnaire — takes about ten minutes, done before your visit.

02

Provider review

Your clinic's licensed prescriber reviews your history and confirms you're a fit for a compounded protocol.

03

Your protocol, written

A patient-specific prescription goes to the pharmacy with your exact formulation and titration schedule.

04

Ongoing care

Monthly check-ins adjust your dose as you progress — your membership includes the follow-through, not just the first script.

Membership Plans

Priced to where you are in your protocol

Your provider starts you at the tier that matches your titration plan and moves you up only as your dose does — you're never paying for medication you haven't been prescribed yet.

Questions

What members ask before starting

Why is this compounded instead of the brand-name injection?

Your provider may prescribe a compounded formulation when it's clinically appropriate for you specifically — for example, a formulation that includes an additional ingredient like B12 or glycine as part of your plan, a dose increment the commercial product doesn't offer, or when continuity of your existing care requires it. Your provider will document the specific reason for your prescription.

Am I guaranteed to qualify?

No. Every member completes a health intake and is reviewed by a licensed provider before any prescription is written. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide aren't appropriate for everyone — your provider will tell you directly if this isn't the right fit, and may recommend an alternative.

Who actually prepares my medication?

A licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy prepares your prescription specifically for you, only after your provider submits a valid, patient-specific prescription. Nothing is prepared or shipped without that step.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — your provider adjusts your tier as your dose changes, and you can also switch to a different membership lane (hormone, recovery, or longevity) at any renewal.

What results should I expect?

Individual results vary and depend on your dose, adherence, and individual response — we don't promise a specific outcome or timeline. Your provider will set realistic expectations with you directly during your visits.
